umm you have mentioned most of the thing that i was going to comment on...
the only thin that you didn't mention however was the size of the screen(i couldn't see the "stats" button unless i scrolled down)

Yeah thats a problem with newgrounds, I tried to resize the upload side so it would fix. Set ur screen to 1024 x 768 and press F11 to open up the screen more. Maybe if u got browser bars such as google? That also limits ur view... If you continue to experience problems then just right click when the games open near the edge, choose properties, and then copy and paste the Address [URL] into a new web browser, this may help.
